Delete my account or data

Use this form when you cannot sign in — for example after losing your phone number or email. You can also do this from the app under Profile → Legal. We confirm every request by email within 30 days. Records that Nigerian financial law requires us to keep are deleted at the end of their retention period; everything else goes.
